FAQ's

What are the shipping times and why do some vary?

The shipping time for any item that is stated in the description is 3-5 business days. The shipping time for special or custom orders is longer due to the process of making the item. Epoxy has to cure a certain amount of time for it to be safe to handle, my priority is having a product that is fully cured and safe to be in the hands of my customers. These items will state the amount of time for this process and an estimate of the shipping time.

The shipping time listed above is the amount of time for the item to get to the shipper of choice. Once the items have been shipped you will get a shipping email with the tracking number, so you are able to see where your items are while the make the trip to your home.

What is the return policy?

For obvious reasons there are no returns allowed on custom/personalized orders. This will be noted in the listing itself.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please refer to our return/refund policy link.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return policy does not apply to any custom order items, unless they are damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the current time we are only shipping to the US. Please reach out to us if you are not in the US, as I would have to research the shipping charges. As my business continues to grow more shipping options will be available.

What is sublimation? How is it different than Heat transfer vinyl?

Sublimation is a process that the ink from the transfer bonds with the fabric or item. It actually turns into a gas with the heat and forms a bond with the fabric. (Pretty cool! right?) Heat transfer vinyl bonds with the fabric by heat as well but is laid on top of the fabric. Because it goes into the fabric sublimation works best on lighter colored fabrics.

You cannot feel where the sublimation is on the fabric, on the other hand you can feel the vinyl. I use a high-quality heat transfer vinyl to make sure the end result is still comfortable to wear and long lasting.

What is the difference between an epoxy coated tumbler and a sublimation tumbler?

The tumbler made with the sublimation process will have the image on the tumbler without needing the coat of epoxy to hold the image. These cups are double wall stainless and are a bit more forgiving when it comes to rough handling than the epoxy coated tumbler. They do have some guidelines for care that will be included with the purchase.

A tumbler with epoxy is coated with an FDA approved epoxy that is safe when completely cured. The epoxy coating allows for vinyl decals and glitter to be protected but still shine like crazy! The epoxy cups do need to be treated with care and will come with instructions to keep your special cup looking amazing.

How do I place a custom order?

I have not worked out how to set up a custom order on the website...YET. At the current time the best way to do this is to send me a message either from the website or you can use my Facebook messages. We can set up the details and I will make a special listing on the website for you to be able to pay for the item. As soon as I figure out the best way for us to work together to get the item to be what you are looking for, I will add that to the website.

I feel that the communication during the planning and designing stages just cannot be put into a form for you to fill out and get the perfect item.
