Return, exchange, and refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for damaged or incorrectly sent items), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
This does not apply to any custom order items, unless they are damaged. A damaged custom order will have to be remade, there will be a wait time depending on the items time to create and craft the item be replaced. (This time allowance will depend on the item and the amount of time needed to replace the custom item. Usually 10-20 days production time). Items that are not custom and are in stock will be sent within 3 days of receiving the return item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are now offering Route insurance for a low fee.
If the return is not due to damage or a mistake on our part, the purchaser will pay for return shipping of the item. You will still need to contact us at email@example.com to start the return process withing 15 days of the item arriving per tracking information from shipper. Within 5 days of receiving the item a refund will be issued to the original form of payment or a gift card to the website. Returns without notification will not be processed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, clearance items or gift cards.
